Company Agreement: to ensure business moral and clientele ethics, we aim to achieve a contract solely based on customer satisfaction. Relying on its true spirit respective to the quality of the product and other intel to maximize flexibility.
Special Requirements: HB Meditech believes in customer qualification, hence we are willing to indulge in respective manners to fulfill any special requirement instructed by the customer prior to order confirmation.
Asking Prices: adopting lean production methods to encourage sustainable prices to its minimum level, and further enhancing other factors to save costs. Though, unforeseen economic circumstances can have a dramatic effect on prices and will be revised accordingly with prior notices.
Minimum Orders: to assure the least cost for the customer, we require a minimum order of $500 to ensure cost-effective delivery time and satisfactory quality.
Payment Terms: HB Meditech is flexible with respect to payment conditions depending on clientele. We require an advance payment of 50% of the face value of the order and the remaining payment is made post-delivery between (30-90 days), depending on periodicity.
Filing Claim:
We offer diligence and persistence, our production processes are handled with great care at final inspection and packing, Hence, if any loss or damage is incurred, file claim to us and the designated agent within 5 working days upon receipt.
Returns & Technical Support
In order to return any respective product, please call our team to discuss the matters in detail to assure reliable solution to the problem. Note: no returns are accepted without prior notices. Returns must be shipped within 21 days of the invoice date. We hold the right to examine returned goods before issuing credit. Hence, our inspection team will carry out prompt repairs ensuring reliability and durability.
